The Web Chemicals project was a complete overhaul from a hand coded site to a cleaner, more user-friendly system utilizing the Drupal CMS.
Driven by Drupal and the Ubercart module, it is a fully functioning E-commerce site with enhanced features, including live shipping quotes, a simple, one-page checkout, and a reward points loyalty program. Users can also learn about the company's services and request an appointment, subscribe to e-mail lists, participate in helpful forums, and shop for their supplies.
The store is completely integrated into the root of the website, and features a logical category tree for simple navigation.
Powered by the Drupal CMS, this website is used as a blog to post the author's thoughts, news and images, and allows users to comment on the stories. Logical Search Engine friendly URL paths are automatically generated for each story posted.
The site is also integrated with Google AdSense as a way to generate income through the use of small ads and the Google Search feature.
The site also features a biography page with photos and a convenient contact form.
